The
Strathearn Singers

The Strathearn Singers was formed just over a year ago. They are a group of ladies from Crieff and district who sing a variety of music from spirituals to traditional Scottish songs. The choir rehearses on Monday afternoons.

On 12th March the Singers performed at a Daffodil Tea in aid of the Children’s Fund of Malawi at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Crieff. The event raised in excess of £850!

On 26th March the Singers sang to the Women’s Guild in St Andrew’s Church Hall, Crieff.

On 7th April the Group will be entertaining the residents of Wardside Residential Home in Muthill. They have sung there twice before.

On the 15th May they have been invited to sing to Comrie Parish Care in the Comrie Parish Church.

Their leader is Vivienne Cowing and their Secretary is Hazel Shaw.
